  • description: This time I built a home server from e-waste, and by using PhotoPrism along with other software I was able to replace Google Photos and Google Drive. Generally this is considered a NAS or Network attached storage, my current setup has 4x 1tb hard drives in a RAID 5 array, meaning that one drive can be safely lost without losing any data.
